(Cinnamomum Zeylanicum): Cinnamon in form of oil is broadly used in ointments, lotions, mouthwashes, soaps, toothpastes and other pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. Some of the products based on Cinnamon are analgesic,  antidiarrheals, and an antifungal. In popular medicine, both oriental and westerner, Cinnamon is used for the treatment of abdominal and thoracic pain, colds, troubles of the female reproductive apparatus, hypertension, renal troubles and rheumatisms.
The Cinnamon extract has shown useful for inhibiting the effects on the fetterses of Helicobacter Pylori.
